Timothy J. Jordan

Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary, Chief Compliance Officer

Timothy Jordan is Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary, Chief Compliance Officer of the company, an MTI officer and member of the Leadership Council, MTI’s executive management team.

Mr. Jordan has over 20 years of legal experience, and prior to his tenure at MTI specialized in cross-border transactions as an antitrust/M&A specialist for law firms in the EMEA region, which included supporting MTI as outside counsel for several years.  Mr. Jordan joined MTI in 2008, and progressively undertook legal oversight of MTI’s commercial, corporate, environmental/regulatory, litigation and supply chain functions.  Mr. Jordan also possesses global expertise in designing, negotiating and implementing complex packages inclusive of joint venture, long-term manufacturing/supply, sourcing, construction, real estate and technology licensing agreements.

Mr. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Santa Cruz, a Masters of Letters (M.Litt.) degree from the University of St. Andrews, and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Georgia.  Mr. Jordan is a member of the New York Bar and the American Bar Association.
